• Sign up for the Fireside Chats
Sign up for a cohort of our groundbreaking series of Fireside Chats tailored for the pharmaceutical, research, and biotechnology industries. The Fireside Chats aim to mobilize and equip individuals and organizations with concrete skills and tools needed to advance equity and racial justice.
The Fireside Chats include the opportunity for participants to attend an all-expenses-paid in-person anti-racism training with the Groundwater Institute. Cohort 2 begins on April 17, 2024.
2. Getting Grounded in History & Your Local Context
Activities
• Facilitate increasing knowledge among all staff and board members about the history of racism and other forms of oppression (sexism, ableism, classism, ageism, xenophobia, anti-Semitism, etc.) at the national, local, and organizational levels.

• Regularly assess your top 5-10 revenue-generating products for accessibility, affordability, and relevance to marginalized people.
